In 2007 Rica Hodgson was awarded the Order of Luthuli for ‘her excellent contribution to the struggle for a non-racist, non-sexist, just and democratic South Africa’, a fitting tribute for an unsung heroine who has devoted more than sixty years of her life to the fight for liberation. |
